nulls0n” is the outcome of a random interaction between an internet name generator and a human.

nulls0n considers Art to be the skill to exchange stimuli with the environment. Based on this general insight, nulls0n believes that all humans are capable of producing Art just by existing (human life as a performance)! Pursuing “Sublime” and texture rather than “Beautiful” and harmony, he identifies himself as a technician/mechanic rather than a painter/visual artist, constructing interaction machines of sensory stimuli transmitted towards the viewer.

He is more interested in the creation of “primary” subjective consciousness entities to the viewer than in attributing a meaning – which he considers an effort to objectification of/control over the sensory environment where he generally does not participate actively.

He loves Russian Avant-garde, German Expressionism and Neue Sachlichkeit, Architecture – Aldo Rossi and his Analogous city, Adolf Loos, Hendrik Berlage – Phenomenology, Epicurus, cyborgs…
